DR. VASUDHA R. SHAH, DPM

Dr. Vasudha R. Shah grew up in Alpharetta, GA and graduated from Chattahoochee High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. Dr. Shah then went on and completed her formal podiatric training from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Shah completed an extensive three-year residency training program at the Department of Veterans Affairs New Jersey Healthcare System in East Orange, NJ. During residency, Dr. Shah served as Chief Resident and extensively trained in a multidisciplinary team approach for the treatment of challenging diabetic wounds and limb salvage techniques. She also completed a Dermatopathology Fellowship from Bako Pathology. She graduated with certification in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Shah’s professional affiliations include the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Shah is dedicated to treating her patients in a friendly and compassionate demeanor. She treats her patients like family, and takes the time needed to explain complex foot and lower extremity conditions in a simple manner.

DR. VIRANG G. SHAH, DPM, FACFAOM

Dr. Virang G. Shah is a native of Syracuse, New York. He completed his undergraduate studies at SUNY Binghamton University where he received a Bachelor of Science and completed his pre-medical studies.

Dr. Shah received his Doctorate degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed a three-year surgical residency at NYU Lutheran Medical Center, a Level-1 trauma center. His residency focused on a variety of foot and ankle pathologies, procedures and surgeries in office, outpatient, and inpatient environments. During residency, Dr. Shah served as Chief Resident and was an appointed member of the House Staff Association. He completed a Dermatopathology Fellowship with Bako Pathology. Dr. Shah graduated residency with certification in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Shah is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. Dr. Shah’s professional affiliations include American Podiatric Medical Association, the Georgia Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
